We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been used

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
